2007 Expedition engine troubles.

2007 Expedition engine troubles.
Looking for some sound advice: I am getting misfire codes for cylinders 5,6,7 and 8, P0171 and P0352.
Engine history. New Fuel pump, Plugs, Injectors and coils between 125,000 to 145,000. Mileage is now 163,000. New cam fazers installed around 152,000. Engine has never used oil. The fuel pump is a ford part, the plugs, coils and injectors are all Borg Warner life time parts specifically for the Ford 5.4. Cylinder compression for cylinders 5-8 is 185 to 195 and 1-4 is 170-185.
I have switched plugs, coils and injectors from left bank to right bank. The codes stay the same. Disconnecting the battery completely to reset PCM makes the engine run normal for about 20-30 miles, then it starts missing slightly and progressively looses power. There are no oil or coolant leaks. No air intake leaks. Any suggestions?

The P0352 code suggests there is a problem with the voltage supply to the cyls 5,6,7,8.
You might start by checking the voltage to that bank of coils. If possible leave the meter hooked up to that bank while driving it and watch what it does.
Also, what is your oil pressure doing from the time you start and at the time it begins to misfire ? If there is an oil pressure problem to the phaser on that bank it might explain the 171 code you are getting. If you have been using a grade of oil not recommended by the manufacturer you very possibly could be with an engine that might have to be replaced. Let's hope this is not the case.
The 5.4 engines develop oil pressure problems when the incorrect grade of oil is used.
This causes the cam bearing surfaces on the head to wear resulting in low pressure to the phasers. The cost to replace the heads approaches the cost to replace the engine.

The voltage at all sensors is good, checked between 11.2 and 12.5 volts. I have not tried to check power or signal voltages while driving. I will do so soon. I have had the oil changed at a ford dealer, until this year I have used an oil lube franchise. I only ask for Valvoline oil, yet the cam faser had to be changed. My assumption is the damage was done before I bought the truck. The rattle from the cam fasers very slight and continued to get more noticeable, until the rattle lasted several seconds at each start up.
