2014 Load Leveling option

2014 Load Leveling option
Does anyone know about the new rear load leveling option on Expeditions for 2014 model, how it works, etc.? They used to use rear air shocks but had problems with them (I know - owned a 2007), and did away with them. Apparently they now offer a mechanical leveling system. I just bought a 2014 but was not aware of this option, thus I don't have it.
I'd like to know if this can be retrofit by dealer, and if so what do they need to do? My local Ford dealer doesn't know. I tow a 5700 lb boat with 575-580 lb tongue weight. I'm within all towing limits and capacities, but rear end squats about 1.25-1.5" when boat is hooked up with no additional loading in the vehicle itself, and I'd really like to level the load (the air suspension did this) because I tow long distances several times a year. Any knowledgeable comments would be greatly appreciated.
