Default Brake rotors again!

3rd Time in 2 years w my 15' expedition wobbling when braking
rotors warn every 10,000 miles or so
no hard driving . Usual use . Happened on my 11' Flex .

Why cant Ford use materials that last for the Rotors

A few things to keep in mind;
If only rotors were replaced , there may be more going on that might have been overlooked.
I have found we pay more for "Ford" parts, but they provide much better service than aftermarket junk that comes from who knows where.
Would you like to enlighten us on what has been done and where and the parts came from?

thanks for for the info

well im told that the pins that release the calipers are stuck due to lubricant having dried up and pads at 2/32 " so new pads my responsibility
rotors are warped will be machined under warranty

I'm sure this will recur so I'll ask them to lubricate the brake calipers more often and when the original rotors are machines down to far I'll get better quality rotors than the OEQ that are warranted for life no mileage limit
