Default Are tie rods easy to take off and put back on?

And is it dangerious for me to be driving if they are not fixed right away? Also ball joints? Any help would be greatly appreciated and links for video's...I'm a visual learner lol cause I dont know all these parts yet.

The part you are picturing is the stabilizer bar link. Or the anti roll bar link, depends on where you go. It will cause a noise and a dip in the front end on braking and possibly hitting holes. It is easily changed and not very expensive.

Kool thank you. I just hope I can do it by myself lol. Hubby is not mechanically inclined...hes a geek
