Default 1994 ; windshield wipers not working properly
okay so i bought a 1994 for explorer.. everything seemed to be working fine in it. got some rain the other day and now my windshield wipers will not turn off although the *** clearly says its off[&:] they still keep going on every couple minutes. how can i fix this?
