wiper spray works, so I know the motor works however, when you switch the wipers on, sometimes they work and some time they don't. When working it will work for about 20 mins. the stop or if you turn them off and then back on, you get nothing.
I have changed the wiper/signal stalk, swaped out (2) relays. Can someone help?

 

Try holding the 5 pin connector at the wiper motor and pulling in and out, side to side while the wiper switch is on. Don't be gentle, pull on it tough. I've seen alot of troubles with that plastic cover on the wiper motor and an intermittant problem will become clear when that plug is tugged.
