2000 Explorer Cylinder 3 Misfire

2000 Explorer Cylinder 3 Misfire

What would cause the number 3 spark plug to go bad and cause a misfire. I change that plug the car runs fine for a few weeks than i need to change that plug again. Have replaced the coil already. Any ideas out there?
