Default More comfortable suspension???

Hello there,
I live in the UK and own a 99 ford explorer and absolutely love it. i do think however the suspension should be a lot less bumpy than it is. there are a lot of manufactures in the USA that sell replacement parts, some saying that the ride will have better handeling and a better ride. is this true or just a dream.

does anyone know if there is such a product available, and that it will work.

Kind Regards and Thanks

Matt

There is not much help for your Explorer. You can try going to different tire when needed next time. Go toa 245/75/15 if your current is 235/70/15, the othere tires may offer a softer sidewall which will absorb a little of the shock.

I plan to replace the shocks and tires on my 99 Limited, I do not like the top heavy feel of P tires, going to put on some LT's. I drove an explorer with LT tires, its a rougher ride but does relieve some of that top heavy feel on lane changes/turns.
