98 4.0, 4wd, sport Trans is Vin code E 5r55e
1. Trans Torque converter clutch not engaging after trans warms up. Works during warm and then quits.. Shows TCC not engaged P0741 code ,,,,Common causes???

2. Front windshield washer does not work, Pump does not come on and no voltage when activating..Rear washer works good I am assuming that since there are only 2 wires and one pump this is a reverse polarity pump that is controlled by a relay? no relay listed in owners manual. any ideas or know the location? or am I completely wrong.

OK found that switch was bad on turn signal lever for the windshield washers but still lookin for common causes of torque converter clutch no lock up....
