Default Electrical Issue on Drivers Side

I have an Explorer 2002. Just recently an electrical problem has surfaced and can't figure it out. When the interior lights are on in the vehicle, the keyless entry does not work, the key pad back light does not work, the chime sounds when the key is in ignition but turned off with door closed, the power lock/unlock stops working, the radio will not play when door is closed after turning off key, and the window will not work with ignition off and door closed. After several minutes, the interior lights turn off and everything works again until the door is opened and the interior lights turn on. There must be an electrical device that controls all this that has gone bad? Puzzled![/align]
