Ford Explorer XLT 2016 Dashlights

Hi I got new XLT 2016...when I start engine only engine light show and gone...Don't it supposed to show all lights and then should gone off ?

2- During ACC press I keep on hearing sound of some motor whining.
Is that expected?

The vehicle should be under warranty, take it to your dealer.
