Default Just about to pull the trigger on a 2017 lmted

New here as I am just about to buy the 2017 limited. I was looking at the platinum but availability and price difference made me sway toward the limited.

The question I have for you folks is regarding the second row seats. I was looking to get the 2 row bucket seats as this would allow a 3rd passenger to access without having to take out the 2 child seat I will be putting in the car. But I want to also have the armrest console so that later I can flip the car back into a comfortable configuration. Question is, can I take out the center console in the 2 row fairly easily in order to store for use on a couple of years? Any negative issues to think about for this plan?

Thanks for any insights
Cheers
