Default Parking Brake Shoe Replacement

1998 Explorer sport.

You know those spring clips holding the brake shoes on? What's the trick to getting them back in place? Best I can come up with is compressing 'em with a zip tie, but it's not working. Is there some kind of special tool or something? I got all the springs and adjuster on already.

thanks!

There is a special simple tool for these. Your local auto supply store should have it. It looks like the letter F with a long handle. Handle is about 6 in. long
