Default 04 FX4 5.4L devil inside

Ok heres the score. I have an 04 Ford F-150 FX4 5.4L. I put a new timing chain set and tenstioners in. With that I put new plugs and COP's in. Along with that I have put some new COP wire harnesses in. I am still getting random misfire codes and misfire codes on 4 different cylinders. I have put new oxygen sensors in. Also a side not....I have also put all new suspension in plus battery and alternator so all that work I don't want to call it quits with my baby. I feel like I am a decent mechanic, however, its whipping my A@$!!! It has iinsane lack of power and studders and skips beyond belief. When it gets up to 60 it cruises not to bad but if you punch it no power and skips bad. I am at a loss here. If anyone could help get me in the right direction that would be great. In neutral or park and you rev it up it sounds not as bad at higher RPM'S.

I have a feeling that there may be a chain timing problem with one or both chains. There is a special procedure to follow when installing the chains and phasers. Were you able to review your procedure to make sure you didn't miss anything?
