Smile 1981 f150/300 i6 4.9L rebuild

Hi guys, I am rebuilding the engine to a 1981 f150 Ranger Lariat. the build was started by a friend but he ended up moving out of state and left the project to me. In the process of moving all parts, the push rods got mixed up as they were all labeled. The valves, cam, and lifters are new. the rockers and lifters were stock, the engine only had 77,000 miles on it so would it be fine to still use the same push rods or can I get away with buying new push rods and using them with the stock rocker arms or getting new rocker arms with the new push rods.
