Default 1998 F150 Blows coolant out of radiator cap when heating up?

1998 Ford F-150 4x4 4.6 liter V-8

If you start it up and with engine cold & let it warm up it builds pressure the heat hand goes to max hot, turn of engine let the thermostat open it runs perfect.
If you start it up and go with engine cold it will blow water out of the radiator it seems like it is building up pressure forcing the water out.
So, I changed radiator cap, both sensors “one for the heat hand the other for the computer” & thermostat “2 times” also the radiator is new.
Did not fix the problem!
When the truck gets to normal operating temp it runs perfect. “does not loose any water”
No water in the oil or no oil in the water.

Could this be the water pump?
any ideas greatly appreciated.........
