Default 302 vs 351?

Hey guys
i have a 92 f150, 4x4 auto. it has the 302 right now, but is blown up. i have the chance at a 351 police interceptor. its an 87 so i would have to put fuel injection on it, but what would the differences be between the two motors? what do i need to change? can i use my injectors and pcm and all that?
thanks a lot!

The 302 and 351 are basically the same block.

You could just put the 351 in with the carb. it has and run it that way.

I should clarify that the 302w and 351w are basically the same block. Most likely the 351 in the Interceptor is a 351w.

"W" is for windsor.
