Default 97 F150 Clicking in front end

I have owned my F150 for about 7 years and for the last 3 years it has had a clicking sound in the front end when you turn it started just when backing up or a real severe turn I have had it to a bunch of repair shops I have replaced all the common stuff and noone can find the problem it sounds like the springs are binding everyone says it isnt anything serious but it sounds terrible the truck has 109000 miles on it anyone had this problem?????

thanks
