Default Problem with a vibrating truck

I have a 1995 ford f150 4x4 I had a 4 inch lift on it. When I drive it I can only get to 30-35 mph before it starts shaking so bad I have to stop the truck. The 2 front tires wobble really bad when it starts shaking need to know what might be the problem

Sounds like floppy tie-rod ends. But then again it could be something else loose in the front-end. I would put the truck up un the air and start rocking the tires back and forth looking for loose ball-n-socket joints in the front. Also rock the tires up and down to also check for loose wheel bearings.
