Default Missing at a loss

I got a 1998 f150 4.6 manual it started having a real bad shake while driving. replaced my mass air flow, idle air control, cam shaft sensor, new egr valve and tube. now its not as bad, but its fun because when you get it up temp it acts better, but still not right and lower rpms are the worst.

Welcome to the site..

Sounds like ignition related parts. How many miles on the clock, and anything been replaced or changed out?
