about to get xcalliber 11 and intake system but...

Default about to get xcalliber 11 and intake system but...
but i want to know which im going to find out tomm morning is the intakes system and the programmer going to void my warrentee ?im going to call ford tomm but would like to know if neone knows the answer to this now my harley has 7000 miles and i need that warentee and btw im going to have troy performance tune evrything thnx please reply
