Default 2000 F150 shudder

I have a 2000 F150 that acts as though it has a miss. It doesn't have any codes. I replaced all of the coil boots and still no luck. It just shakes like crazy from a stop and sometimes shakes going down the highway. I ran injector cleaner through it, for what its worth. I did notice that once I drive it for over half an hour it seems to be ok. I heard some people saying that it might be something with the transmission. Does it just need a fluid/filter change?

When you put it in neutral and rev the engine does it start doing the same thing, or only in gear?

It doesn't seem to be noticeable in neutral, but I was thinking it might do it only when there's a load on it. Also, I just changed the fluid and filter and it's doing the same thing yet.

does your check engine lite come on when engine under load? Sounds like a coil pack acting up. Load up engine ie. boot it up a hill and c if lite comes on. if it does (coil pack). more than likely.

It wouldn't be as noticable in neutral, but you would still feel it slightly. If you can feel it, you can rule out anything from the transmission back.
