Default "Rubbery" sound when turning steering wheel

I have a 2005 Ford F150 STX. I've noticed a very strange sound that only happens AFTER I've been driving at higher speeds (70+mph). The sound is like a rubber on rubber sound when turning the steering wheel after turning through town (out of a stop light or turning into my driveway for example). Again, this only happens after my truck has been subject to higher speeds for a period of time and then driving through town. It does not do this if I'm driving 0-50mph. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
