Throttle body spacers
I have a '96 f-150 302 5 speed my question is this. I need better milage and I have researching these spacers. has anyone installed one and have real world experience

A throttle body spacer may help, but I think it would only be very minimal.
The best and cheapest way to get better gas milage is to drive slower.
A tune-up and new air cleaner filter (K&N) will also help.
