Angry 05 F250 6.0 rodents chewed wiring issue

I have a connector on my right hand fenderwell which has been chewed through by mice or something. 05 F250 6.0. C/C .The connector is a 6 way one side with a looped green wire orange stripe on the other. One of the green striped wires has been chewed through on the six way side. Does anyone know what this controls or do you have a wiring schematic? I can send pictures via e-mail if need be. Don't see a link to attach one here.
Thanks
Dee

That connector is for trucks equipped with dual alternators.. Single alternator builds will have a jumper connector..

I also have rodents that chewed through something. I have a 95 F350 with the 7.3L, there is what appears to a small pump or actuator of some type near the engine firewall on the left side with a white vacuum hose coming out. That hose has been chewed through and I'm trying to determine how critical it is to replace that. I also can email pictures if necessary.

That is a vaccum line that controls your heater/air controls. Its not that important, but it makes it so that even on low heat, or off it will still let high temp air into the cabin. You will just get hot at the most. I took a section of plastic tube from a used wiper nozzle setup, and slid it over broken ends to allow vaccum to work. you can by white vaccum tubeing at any auto parts store for pritty cheap though too.
