08 F350 5.4L Misfire when warmed up.
I changed the head gasket and rebuilt the cylinder head on the 2008 ford f350 super duty 5.4L. When we started the truck it ran good but it started misfiring and running lean on bank 2 when it warmed up. We did a tune up and changed the injectors, but still the same thing. There are no vaccum or exhaust leaks, compression is excellent and i even changed the 02 sensor on bank2. Is there any helpfull advice out there that can assist me?

If you have a bad coil, the PCM will disable the injector to prevent converter damage.
You could switch the coil from the misfiring cylinder with one on the other side of the engine. If your misfire moves , you have confirmed the coil is questionable.
If you don't know which cylinder is misfiring , get one new coil and go down the rows.
