I have a 1981 F350. It currently has a 6.0 400 and I want to swap it with a 360. My question is do the motor mounts line up and will it mate up to the c6 that I have? If anybody has some info it would be much appreciated.

 

I don't know about the motor, but they make 2 C6 styles. Low top and a high top. The high top bolts to the 360 engine, you can tell it's a high top because it will have aluminum fins running down from the top of the trans where it bolts to the motor.
