Default 1988 f250

I have a 1988 f250 that has a fuel injected 351 but I am not sure if it is the modified or Windsor how would I tell witch engine I have

I believe one of the ways is, the size of the spark plugs. The modified had the 5/8 plug size.

I am going to restore the same truck any ideas what to start with
The truck runs has lots of leaks and no bed
