Default 1991 ford f250 5.0L long block sensors

Currently purchasing a long block for my f250 1991 5.0L 302. Question I cant seem to locate which sensors are which in my Haines book. I wanna replace any sensors that are gonna b a B**** once i reinstall. There seems to be a sensor almost top dead center of the block at the back does anyone know what this is? Also any other recommendations, I can get at the o2, throttle body easy enough if they go. Where is the temp sensor? does it ruin through the comp ? I wanna put a mechanical set of gauges in since the motor is a reman and I dont trust electronic gauges so I wanna make sure I dont disconnect anything that the comp relies on. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
