Default 1997 f350

5.8 no power, replaced fuel pump, pressure regulator, coil. also used 1/2 tank in 40 mile trip home. guy I bought it from said worked good till he fueled up(?). any experiences? thank you, lee

you could have some bad gas. welcome to the sight there are some things you could try like putting some heat in the fuel tank to get rid of any water in the gas and also put some injector cleaner in there as well it will give the octane a boost which should give the engine more power while getting better mpg

Grindman is right, but try HEET not heat. HEET is the brand name. :-)
