Default 2000 f250 idle problem

F250 idles at about 600 to 700 rpm and then jumps to 1100 rpm.Still runs great except for this idle problem.I took it to my local auto zone and had them run it and it came back that it was running to lean but gave me several fix options.I thought it might be the IAC but according to the computer it is not.Any ideas?

I changed the fuel filter with no result.Still got a miss.Oh well on to the next thing.I am going to take it to the shop and have them hook it up on the comp.I will give an update after that.
