Default 2002 Ford F250 7.3

Have replaced glow plugs, glow plug module, and cam position sensor, and truck will not start when cold. Truck is also not starting sometimes after I drive it to , say for instance, the store, shut it off, wont fire. Like there is no fuel at all. Have external fuel guage on it to make sure it is getting fuel and it is getting about 60lbs pressure at the filter. After I try and start it about 6-7 times, it will fire right up..... Anyone help me out???
