Default Body lift vs Suspension lift

When it comes to lifting and towing, which would be better, stronger and safer? A body lift with a hitch receiver or a suspension lift?

I have a 2011 Ford F350 and planning to lift it by 6 inches with a 20 in wheel and a 36 in. Toyo Open Country M/T.

Please help out.

personally, neither are good for towing.unless your pulling your trailer through the mud bogs.all kidding aside, you get some trailer sway at 75 mph,by some trucker doing 90 past you,you better hold on.you have a great truck ,keep it that way.it was desighned for towing the way it is.not to mention probably void all driveline warranty.rest assure, when you blow out that front driveshaft, prepare to argue.buy yourself an older f 350,lift it up,put some swampers on it.it doesnt end with a lift kit and tires, now you have to strengthen everything.keep it the way it is,believe me you will like it a ton more.

if you're going to put blocks in the rear, the towing capacity will stay the same. I'd also recommend adding air bags. If you're going springs in the rear, you'll definitely need air bags as lift springs are generally rated less than factory springs.
