Unhappy 2003 Ford F-350 Dually 7.3 rear end

My rear axle is destroying any oil I put in it. Last oil change the oil was milky white and clumpy as all oil changes ever are no mater if we pull the cap and clean or just suck out the oil out of the diff. I am at my wits end with changing the oil cause the cost is killing me we tried different brands and consistencies but no. We cleaned out the breather tube and I had the all the seals replaced. No water is getting in and no oil is getting out. The last time I had it changed I drove from MN to Texas and back looked in the rear diff and the oil was milky. I drove straight there with just fuel stops and straight back with just fuel stops. It doesn't matter if its the summer or the winter it gets milky. Please help me someone at a $120.00 a pop I can't take this much longer.
