Default 93 F350 stalling

Hello every one. Friend of mine and I bought a 1993 F350 7.5L FI gasoline tow truck 2 months ago. Nothing but problems. At First it used to stall and it wouldn’t start. It would seem that the battery is dead and the alternator may have stopped working. But after alternator was fine, but came to find out that the GROUND cable was the culprit. So we fixed the cable and didn't have the start up issue since then. But now, after about 20 -25 minutes of (first driving of the day, or let's say after sitting and cooling off for a while) the truck stalls again while driving (starts right up but stalls on a constant basis). It seems that something starts acting up once it becomes hot after about 20-25 minutes. We have replaced the MAP sensor but that didn't fix the problem. Has any one experienced that or has any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
