95 F250 brake fade

Default 95 F250 brake fade
95 F250 7.3, Brakes work about 1/2 way then fade to the floor.
New Pads-MC. Booster check OK. Ford mechanic say normal on this truck.
Any suggestions on what to try next? Master Cylinder is new, what is the best way to bleed the MC?
I am getting no air out of the lines.

I'd suspect the master cylinder leaking down...you may not see any fluid leaks.
