Default 96 f250 with manual lockouts...whats the easiest way to get the axel nut off?

I need help.and ideas because I'm by myself and don't have an air compressor or impact. I need ideas and if you could help that would be cool.

I'm not understanding your question...4WD?...Are you speaking of the 8 lug nuts on each wheel?...or the full floating rear axle?
