Are you sure it's power requirement is only about 10 amps? Most 100 watt Transceivers with pull 20+ amps when transmitting depending on MFG. Also, are you going to use any type of voltage conditioner? You want your transceiver to have a clean power source and you'll also want to avoid any type of power spike to your electrical system, so you'll want something that will clamp any voltage spike to no more than 15vdc. One like the "MFJ-4403 Transceiver Voltage Conditioner" would be useful in keeping your PMC or anything else from being taken out from power spikes.
