Looking at a 05 f 350 and it has a ford certified dealer repair tag under the hood. Cannot make out what is specifically written, wondering how can I find a report on this repair or modification other than carfax? any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Generally a recalibration done. Have the dealer run an Oasis Report for you. Its free, and will show warranty repair/s, recalls, programming calibration updates ect.
