Default F250 battery going dead

I bought a 2000 F250 Turbo Diesel (7.3), I replaced one of the batteries and found that it had drained within four days of putting it in. reading the forum I found that I could disconnect the secondary battery and put a charge on the new one. I also followed the instructions for test the draw by removing the Neg. cable and measuring the draw, which I have done… Now the question. What is the normal draw for this truck? I am getting 11.83 to 11.95. Can someone help? BTW, I have already pulled each fuse and relay and had the alternator check, it was good.
