Default F250 EGR By-Pass Anyone?

I have a 2005 F250 6.0 Deisel and I am having issues with pucking and engine running really hot in general, especially while pulling my 5th wheel trailer in the mountains and through Texas.

I am looking for advice on an EGR bypass. Is it a good idea?

Head gaskets, egr and studs have been replaced on the engine and a new degas bottle cap.

Any advise?

the problem ain't the egr so don't touch it. sounds like the new gaskets didn't seal like they
were supposed to
