Default lifting an f250, pulling a gooseneck

Hey guys,
I'm new on here, primarily because I just turned 16 and got my first ford. My dad gave me his 2004 F250 King Ranch, its the green color with gold trim, and I am crazy in love with her, I call her Debbie.

SO, all my friends tell me to get a lift and maybe some bigger tires and all... I'm not completely against it, but I am against the whole monster truckk, offroading, mudding, redneck jazz...
We have a family friend who has the 2010 250, and side by side, her truck is significantly larger than mine, Primarily the tires are much large.

My family is in the country, we have horses and cattle and hall hay and all so pulling a gooseneck is a MUST, so my question I guess is what can I do to it to make her look meaner without hindering her ability to pull....?

Like just larger tires, or is there any size lift that will accommadate a gooseneck or what? Need some of the experienced on here to help out this teenager... Thanks guys
