Default New To Ford Family

Hello all,

I am brand new to the Ford family and also to the diesel family. I have always been a GM/Chevy/Silverado person, but just purchased a 2006 F-250 Turbo Diesel Lariet C/C. I have a need for more towing power and have been told that the Ford Powerstroke Diesel is the way to go over Duramax and the Dodge Cummins, so I bought one. I have never owned a diesel and would appreciate any information I need to know about this truck/engine and maintain it to minimize any major issues happening in the future. The truck has 50,000 miles and just had a 160 point inspection with no findings, but what can I do to ensure this bad boy keeps running smooth? Thanks to anyone that can give me any valuable information.
