Talking New-to-me truck... few problems...

Hey y'all... My name is Dusty, and I'm the proud new owner of a 94 f350 turbo diesel dualie... It's the 5 spd with o/d, i believe... There's a few issues with it, first off, no heat... I replaced the heater core, which only took an hour, and check the temp control flap, and the fresh air flap, and still no heat... I can feel hot air blowing from right by the heater box, but not from any of the vents... Also, I've got an issue with the camber in the front wheels.. whenever i back in, the TIRES, not the whole wheel, but the tires are cambered in... I need to get that fixed because of the wear it's causing... Also, can someone help me identify the trans i have? I'd like to know... the synchros for 3rd, and reverse are out... Thanks in advance

I believe the transmission in that year model is the ZF S5-42 or ZF S5-47 depending on production date. Main case number will be 1307 or 1317 respectively.
As for your camber issue, check with a quality alignment specialist for a clear and informed explanation. They will have the proper equipment to check it out.
Now to the heat concern. Can you be a little more detailed in your description please? Are you getting heat from the floor vent and not the panel or defrost vents, or is there no heat at all but you feel a warm box.
If not changing from floor to panel check for a vacuum leak, mainly the small line in the engine compartment going through the fire wall?
If you have cold air from all vents but not hot, check your blend-door actuator/s.
When you checked the “flap” was it with the box out, checking by hand; or with a vacuum pump while installed?
