Default plug torque...2-valve 5.4

Hey guys.....is 11 ftlbs. (132 inch lbs.) going to be enough to hold these plugs in? Went to change plugs, and five of the eight were only finger tight. Got lucky, I think.........But the factory calls for 132 in. lbs. and that seems to me, a little low torque, i fear they willl work out, or worse, pop out, with that low torque. Anybody have any data that suggets I use a different torque setting? any answer appreciated!

These are known to back out as there is not enough thread. My online Ford Manual calls for 13lb ft or 156 inch lbs. It should be fine.
