Can anyone help me, I have a 99 F 350 4x4 Dually that needs front sway bar links. The ones on my truck are original but my problem is I cannot find ones that fit. The ones on my truck are heavy duty and are 12 inches center bolt to center bolt, the one the dealers have told me I need are about 8 1/4 center bolt to center bolt. Dealers have said I must have a lift kit but I can assure everyone I do not have lift kit nor was one ever installed. I bought truck when 6 months old and original owner states everything is stock, so I need some help with this one, also my truck was manufactured in 7/98

 

Did you try a different dealer or possibly an auto supply place ?

 

yes everyone tells me the same or gives me same part number I am not sure what route to take now

 

It sounds like they are describing automobile links not truck links.
There is a distinct difference between a F250-4X4 and a F350 4X4 as I recall. Are they checking the correct listings?
