have a 2003 F350 v-10. when I shut the truck off. it sounds like the hazards or the turn signals are on. when I turn the truck on, it stops.

 

i noticed that too on my friend truck that ticking sound, and ask him whats that sound he also don't know where is that sound coming from. will check on him if it is already fixed will share it to you if i had a chance.
