Default 1989 7.3 Diesel F-350 Gearing?

I have a 1989 7.3 Diesel F-350/ Manual transmission w/overdrive. My top-end on the interstate is about 60mph. I would like to get 70 or so but my rearend gearing is to low (about 4:56). My wheels are 10-lug and I don't want the expense of changing out everything and spending a bundle. Does anyone out there sell a 11.25-inch ring gear set that will get me to about 4:10? My Ford parts dealer says no... but what does he know..lol.

If anyone out there has any options, I would love to hear them. It's a great truck.

You could try bumping up a tire size or two.
