Default Electrical issues

Ok so I have a 06 ford fivehund! I put a high amp alternator in it due to the system I have! I been having problems with it starting and everytimg shutting off (dash, gauges and everything electrical! I figured it overcharging the system at 18volts instead of 14! The problem I am currently having is my ac isn't working I swapped relays and checked fuses all good! It started to blow the 10amp fuse for the a/c clutch recently and won't stop! Is their anything I could to fix this besides useing a standard alternator!

If anyone could give me any info it would be very appreciated! Thank you!!!

Need some addl info.
What kind of system are we talking about,
How much does it draw (amps)
Where did the higher output alt come from,
Did the system work OK before you changed the alt,
Have you tried to disconnect the system from the vehicle and if so what was the result?
Have you confirmed that the fuse rating is the correct one for the A/C system?

Ok so I switched alternator from the high amp to the standard and it's stillblowing the fuse! I feel the system is haveing nothing to do with it cause it's been in it for 2 years and because I take the relay out and the a/c works fine but as soon as I put the relay in the fuse blows! I'm only running 2 15's on a 1800 watt amp with another 740watt amp for 2 6x9 5ways!
And yes the fuse rating is ok it's been a 10 amp since I got it!!

Which relay are you removing and where is it located?
Is this an add on relay?
If so, where did you tap in to operate the relay, not only what it supplies , but also what activates the relay?
How did you determine it was overcharging?
Need the answers to these questions so we have some idea what else could be on the circuits that might be part of the problem.

Just because it worked before doesn't mean it can't have developed a problem.
