2004 Freestar stalling
My wife has a 2004 Freestar that gave a code for the Fuel pressure sensor. I changed the sensor but the problem still exists. I traced the wires fairly far and did not see a bad wire, although I could still go further. Could it be the connection from the wiring harness to the pressure sensor. Its a 4.2 Limited. Any suggestions will help.

Being a 2004 and how many miles on it? Fuel pressure sensor code could be for something as simple a a low flowing fuel filter to a tired fuel pump. When was the fuel filter replaced last? I replace mine every 30,000 miles (every 2 years) and I tend to see about a 2 MPG drop in mileage. This past winter was terrible on my mileage, so I can't imagine what my filter will look like when I replace it within the next month or so. When I replace my filter, there's all kinds of crud that always pours out of the filter regardless of where I get my fuel. It's pretty bad how much crug gets pumped into the fuel tank. Have you checked to see what the actual fuel pressure is at the fuel rail?
